Free DVD Preview Policy

⊕ All of our videos (DVDs only) are available for a FREE 30-day purchase consideration Preview. Choose any three video programs and try them FREE for 30 days. To qualify, submit a signed request on your organization’s letterhead or call 877-329-0575. At the end of the 30 days, simply keep the programs and pay the invoice. To return the programs, all we ask is that you pay the return postage.

Getting a Replacement Product

⊕ Any DVD that becomes damaged or defective from normal usage will be replaced FREE OF CHARGE for as long as the title is offered for sale. Proof of purchase is required. Price Match Policy

⊕ Your Complete Satisfaction is Guaranteed. We stand behind every product we sell. If you’re not absolutely pleased, for any reason, we will make an exchange, issue a credit or refund your purchase price. Simply schedule a meeting or call 877-329-0575 for a Return Authorization number and further instructions within 30 days of purchase. All products must be returned in resalable condition. This policy does not apply to customized, imprinted, or special order items unless the problem with the order was due to our error.

⊕ If you find a lower price on a new identical item, just show us the lower price when you buy the item and we will match the price, or notify us within 7 days of your purchase and we will give you the difference! The item must be identical for price matching. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from an authorized U.S. company, whose authorization we reserve the right to verify.

⊕ We don’t price match taxes and typographical errors. We don’t price match customized items, such as printing or promotional items.

⊕ If an item is marked clearance, the clearance price is only valid for an in stock product that is marked at that clearance price.

Domestic Shipments

⊕ Shipments to the continental United States will be sent via UPS Ground or via LTL freight.  Shipments to APOs, FPO’s, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories & Canada are usually sent via USPS Priority Mail. Depending on the level of customization required to produce the products ordered, shipping will usually occur within 5 to 10 business days from the date of the order. DVD Broadcast Rights Policy

Video Program Rights

⊕ Video programs may be shown to general audiences after purchase. For Broadcast Rights on cable or via over-the-air transmission, additional costs and written permission is required. Video programs may not be duplicated. For Program Duplication Rights, additional costs and written permission is required. A Digital License is available for an additional cost. A Digital License includes the right to use programs with a digital media system within an organization. Contact your sales representative for further details.

Product Imprint & Customization

Custom Imprint

⊕ Many of our products may be imprinted with your custom message. You may include your organization’s name, address and contact information, your logo or any custom message to the product’s imprint area.

Artwork Creation Options

⊕ We can accept your Camera Ready Artwork. Send files to art@espublish.com.
⊕ Our Art Department will create a custom imprint for you using your information.
⊕ Many of our products may be personalized using our online Product Designer.

Artwork Proof Approvals

⊕ Once the artwork for your custom imprint is finished, an electronic version will be sent via email for your approval. Please carefully review the artwork. Once approved, we will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in your custom imprint.
